Club Rules.
Preamble Membership of La Raquette Roquefortoise, the
municipal tennis club of Roquefort-Les-Pins, implies acceptance of and
compliance with the general rules governing the use of the courts and
the club-house.
1. General
principles
1.1 Members of La Raquette Roquefortoise who have
paid their membership fees for the current year, and who have provided a
medical certificate, have access from 1 September to 31
August to:
• 6 floodlit outdoor courts for leisure,
coaching and competition use.
• one court with a practice
wall
under the conditions set out in the following
articles.
1.2 A login for online
booking is provided to each club member.
1.3 During the summer holidays, a person who is not a member of
the association may play on La Raquette
Roquefortoise's courts.
2 possible cases:
1. This person
already holds an FFT licence for the current year: a reduced, non-divisible
flat-rate membership* for the 3 summer months will be
requested
2. This person does not hold an FFT licence: an
annual "Roquefortois" rate membership* will be requested, with the
obligation to provide a medical certificate of fitness to
play recreational tennis.

2. Booking tennis courts 2.1
Bookings are for a 1-hour duration.
2.2
A court booking must be made by entering the names of 2
players on the online booking website.
3. Use of the tennis courts 3.1
Only FFT-licensed players who have made a booking
corresponding to the court and time slot may access the court.
3.2
Players must not enter
the court before the scheduled time (unless it is free) and must
vacate it at the end of the hour.
3.3
At the end of the 1-hour time slot, another booking may be
made, subject to court availability.
3.4
If players have not shown up 15 minutes after the
booked time, the court is automatically released and may be
used by any player present at the club.
4.
Use of the courts for private or
group lessons Only coaches accredited ( BE-certified )
by the board of La Raquette Roquefortoise are authorised to give paid
lessons. As such, they must
make the necessary bookings.
Students are then
under the responsibility of their coach(es).
5. Attire 5.1 Appropriate sports
attire for tennis is mandatory. Playing bare-chested is
forbidden.
5.2 For everyone's benefit, it is strongly recommended
to thoroughly clean shoe soles before

etc.) rapidly damages the quality of the courts.
5.3
Proper conduct must be observed on the courts.
6. Bicycles, motorcycles, scooters
They must never be left in front of the club-house.
The parking spaces located outside must be
used.
7. Rates Club
membership rates for Roquefort-les-Pins residents and
non-residents are displayed at the club-house and on our website
https://www.la-raquette-roquefortoise.fr
8.
Enforcement of the rules 8.1 Board members
are authorised to enforce these rules.
8.2 The board may delegate club-house staff or
coaches to oversee their enforcement.
8.3 In
the event of a breach, penalties ranging from temporary suspension
to permanent expulsion from the club may be taken
against offenders (see the association's bylaws).
8.4 Any non-member playing without having paid the
access fee will, failing immediate payment, be asked
to leave the court.
General rules
governing the use of the club-house 1. Club members
have access to the club-house (showers/changing rooms, indoor and
outdoor restrooms, hall).
2. They must never go
behind the counter, or enter the office without an
authorised person present (a board member, coach or club-house staff).
3. They must leave the facilities clean and tidy
after use.
9. Padel and
Pickleball courts 9.1 The club provides hourly
rentals of Padel and Pickleball courts. Bookings are
made via a dedicated online booking system. Players
must pay the rental fee at the
Club-House.
10. Respect The Club
is very committed to remaining a place of friendliness and
shared good times built around sporting values. It asks
all its members to show respect towards other
members or visiting players.
Thank you.
